We purchased the car from Nate Wade Subaru because of the Costco Auto Program. It was the easiest car purchase we've ever had; Costco has a pre-negotiated price with this dealership. But the best part was to working with Nick Smith, our salesman, and Nick Poulos, the Finance Manager. They are both knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend the dealership and the staff---they exceptional! More

I have taken 4-5 cars there over the years, and purchased three from the dealership. The service center is excellent--from the people who check me in, to the mechanics, to the shuttle driver, to the desk people who process the invoice. Unlike the stereotypical fear of visiting car dealerships, Nate Wade will not disappoint or frustrate. It is obvious that the company treats its employees well, which translates to the employees treating their customers well. There is an atmosphere of integrity, honesty, friendliness, and professionalism. I am not exaggerating--it is a great business with customer service at its focus. Recently (this week, May 2014) I have negotiated and purchased a new car. It has been an unstressful, entertaining, relaxing experience. Who can say that about a car transaction? Bottom line? Nate Wade is GREAT. In particular, I would like to thank Brock Kassing, Derrick in the service center and Nick who arranged the financing. Every one of them went the extra step. More

Wouldn't have it any other way I am not versed in the negotiating game of buying a new cars. As I visited a couple of different dealerships, I took the salesman at his word when he I am not versed in the negotiating game of buying a new cars. As I visited a couple of different dealerships, I took the salesman at his word when he said he gave me their "best price". If the salesman's price was too high, I simply went on to the next. When I went in to speak with Nick Smith, I told him I wanted his best price. He gave me a price that was well below the other dealers in town. If you want someone who is invested winning you business, Nick Smith at Nate Wade is your guy. More

There was a minor problem with one of the tires on my new Subaru that I discovered the day after I purchased it and the dealership offered to reimburse me for the work that needed to be done. I love my new impreza!! More

Their customer service is remarkable and we were given a great price on a new Subaru. Mario took time with us until we found the right fit for us, he was very patient and helpful. He has also followed up with us several times to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions about our new vehicle. Rob made sure we were getting a fair price and was also so helpful in making sure we were getting a car that would best fit our needs. Steve was also very helpful through all of the paperwork process. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! More

We came in to Nate Wade Subaru dealership with some specific request for a new vehicl Nick Westover is the best car sales person I've ever dealt with! We came in to Nate Wade Subaru dealership with some specific request for a new vehicle and even though this car was not on the lot, he researched the available cars throughout Utah and found one in Ogden Utah and got permission from his manager to trade a vehicle on their lot with the one that we wanted up in Ogden. Nick then personally drove the traded car up to Ogden, picked up the car that we wanted and drove it back. His entire day was spent on just helping us get what we wanted. I'm sure he must have missed out on other sales opportunities while devoting his entire day to my wife and me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle from their dealership or to sacrifice something that we wanted for what they had available. After being introduce to the other members of the Nate Wade dealership team, I do feel like being a part of the Nate Wade family and that they are truly interested in my satisfaction as a customer. It has been very refreshing to deal with someone as professional, knowledgeable and caring for their customers as is Nick Westover is.
