Best car-buying experience Ever! This by was the easiest car experience, we had been looking for a new car for me for months. I test drove almost everything out there, Honda's, Toyot This by was the easiest car experience, we had been looking for a new car for me for months. I test drove almost everything out there, Honda's, Toyota's, Chevy's, Acura's and even Lexus. Wasn't sure what I wanted but knew what I didn't want. Mario gave us the keys to a new Impreza and I was hooked, I could go to work, or put my road bike in the car and go ride somewhere, love my Impreza. It is the perfect vehicle, not too small but I can haul all my crap around town, and cant wait to try it in the snow. I felt like I made the right decision with the right dealership, thanks Nate Wade and Mario! More

Angel in Mechanic's Suit I live in New Mexico. Recently, while in Utah for a family reunion, my 2008 Subaru Forester threw a timing belt which resulted in severely bent valves I live in New Mexico. Recently, while in Utah for a family reunion, my 2008 Subaru Forester threw a timing belt which resulted in severely bent valves on the left side. A young man by the name of Branden Pierce came to my rescue. Branden is the brother-in-law of my sister's neighbor, and a Subaru technician at Nate Wade Subaru. After speaking with him on the phone and explaining what had happened to my car he said that he would meet me later that evening (this was a Sunday and his day off). True to his word, he showed up at the appointed time and diagnosed the problem. He told me that if I could have my car towed to the Nate Wade lot and fill out the overnight drop-off information addressed to him he would start work on it the next morning. Branden told me that he would try to save me money wherever he could (he said that if his wife were out on the road and the same thing happened to her he would want someone to help her out and not "take her to the cleaners"). The car was ready for me to pick up on Tuesday morning. Branden had rebuilt my engine; had given me a huge break on his labor charge; and had given me his price on the parts. My old Suby purrs like a kitten again. He did all of this for under $1500!! I have no qualms about calling Branden an angel. He showed compassion for me in a situation that could have turned out to be any way but the way it did. More

There was no pressure, no pushiness, no condescending attitude. Nick was honest, knowledgeable, and very patient. Being a new to the line of Subaru products - I wasn't sure what I was really after..... I knew what mattered most to me and what I didn't want - and he guided me from there. I appreciate his willingness to give me space to 'walk the lot' and his patience in answering my multitude of questions. Thank you NICK SMITH! :) Nick Poulos - too is a patient man. The FIRST finance person I've ever worked with that didn't have me running for an exit. Again, no pushiness, no hard-sell - YES I know these folks work on some sort of commission too!. He was kind and 'on the level'. Though me and my credit aren't perfect, he treated us as though we were all that mattered. THOUGH - it would be unfair of me to miss out on acknowledging your ENTIRE staff that interacted with my family on Saturday, August 2nd. Sales was there to answer questions about the vehicle I was inquiring about and not trying to up-sa Nate Wade was honest and upfront about the price. After I was ready to purchase the car I found the financing and purchasing process to be a breeze. From test drive to driving off with our new vehicle was just under 2 hours.
