We have been Subaru owners for many many years but my husband We were in the market for a new car (not expected of course) when one of our cars died. We have been Subaru owners for many many years but my husband was always a Toyota Forerunner owner. He started looking at cars with better gas mileage and he slowly came around to the thought of a Subaru. We had worked with Nick at Nate Wade for our 2012 Outback so we inquired again. Long story short, Nick was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that each trip we made from Heber (40 mile drive to the dealership) was worth our while. Making sure there were cars to drive and making it as efficient as possible. All in all we only made 2 trips, the second one when we picked up the new car!! We were very specific in what we wanted and he also matched a price published by a competing dealership. We would most definitely recommend Nick and Nate Wade to future buyers. Buying a new car is a HUGE financial investment, especially for those in our income bracket and you want to walk out feeling like you are being taken care of and we certainly feel that way with him. All of the people I had contact with were very friendly. Most of the credit for my experience has to go to Nick. He asked questions to better understand what was important to me. He answered my questions and explained things very well. Most importantly he listened to me, had a sense of humor, and didn't talk to much (unlike some sales people I've dealt with). My whole experience, from the test drive to the negotiation was great. Nick sensed that I wanted out of the dentist chair and made the whole process very quick. It's worth the drive into SLC to buy from Nate Wade, and if you do ask for Nick Smith. Thanks again. Eric More

I had narrowed my search to a Subaru and two other possible makes, but was unsure whether a new or used car would fit the bill or whether I wanted to purchase or lease. My friend, a Nate Wade customer for over 20 years, made an appointment for me with Nick Smith to discuss my options. My first impression was that Nick, and any of the Nate Wade employees I met were friendly, enthusiastic and very interested in making my visit a pleasant one, and were true believers in the superiority of the Subaru brand. When I met with Nick, he very patiently and clearly explained both my financial and automotive options and the steps I would need to take to complete the transaction. We found the exact car which matched my expectations. He then turned me over to Steve Yates to complete the financials, which he clearly explained. When the contract was signed Nick spent extra time to show me exactly how the many new features worked and helped me set my preferences. I will not hesitate to recommend Nate Wade and the sales team of Nick Smith and Steve Yates to anyone getting a new car. I am delighted to say, “I got exactly what I wanted.” More
Great experience I orginally went to Young Subaru in Ogden since it is 3 miles from my house. After that horrible experience with their shady sales manager tactics and fee after fee after fee, I decided to take a different approach. I shopped online and basically emailed the other Subaru dealers in the area with what I wanted and what they would sell it to me for. All three of them did respond but Nick Smith was really on top of it. I appreciate this in my own line of work since making the customer a high priority seems lost on a lot of people. After back and forth emails we finally settled on a car I liked with a price that I thought was workable. I went down to the dealer, met him and found out that he was very up front and honest. He also was able to read my body language when I wasn't comfortable with something and made sure I knew that was ok! I would recommend going through these guys especially Nick Smith in sales and Fred in finance. Also a point of note, the extended warranties here have no deductible and basically extend the Subaru warranty, that is pretty dang cool in my mind. More
