Nick Smith responded to my request quickly, and I started my buying experience online, requesting some information on a vehicle I was interested in. By the time I made my way to the dealership, Nick had a number of additional options lined up for me in the same price range, ready to test drive. Nick walked me through the different models and to estimate monthly payments as they related to my credit and down payment, which turned out to be completely accurate. At no point did I feel that Nick was pressuring me to buy or pushing options that I wasn't looking for, he was quite helpful and excited to help me realize the best fit for my needs. I have been recommending Nick to friends since I drove off the lot. Similarly, working with Nick Poulos on the financial end of my purchase was also a great experience. Nick took the time to walk me around the dealership and show me where I could go for service, parts, etc. Nick made me feel right at home, and was extremely knowledgeable about the financial process, helping me to get the best rate possible. He also had me laughing and feeling like a part of the Subaru family by the time I had left. Other employees in passing were quick to say hello, and I got the sense that everybody enjoyed working at this particular dealership.
