I provided a totally refundable deposit in case I didn't like the car after I actually saw and drove it. However, everything was wonderful. With telephone calls and back and forth on the internet, Craig helped me navigate through. This car was a huge purchase for me and Craig somehow knew that. I was unable to pick the vehicle up and Craig brought it to Elko. Fantastic experience buying my first new car! My experience at Nate Wade Subaru was the best I have had in Utah. Both Dustin and Nick Smith were straightforward, honest, and enjoyable to work with My experience at Nate Wade Subaru was the best I have had in Utah. Both Dustin and Nick Smith were straightforward, honest, and enjoyable to work with. They were patient yet responsive while I painstakingly tried to determine exactly what car I was interested in and were willing to work with other dealers when the color I wanted was not on their lot. In the end, I purchased a car from Nate Wade's lot (the color I wanted was not to be found anywhere in the Salt Lake area) and drove out in a car with no more than 6 miles on the odometer! Dustin and Nick made my first car-buying experience as painless as possible and were quite accommodating to my personal needs. I got a great price on my 2015 Outback and felt that Dustin and Nick guided me to making the right decision without putting on any pressure. I would highly recommend working with Dustin and Nick- and Nate Wade- to anyone looking to buy a Subaru in Salt Lake! More
