Hi Shyler, I actually just got done speaking with Gentry regarding your email response to him, when this review came in. I apologize you misinterpreted what Gentry was trying to do. I read through your inquiry and your emails and I believe this is simply a misunderstanding. He showed me the email where you said, "I am only interested in the black forester basic model with the dark interior." Gentry is here to sell cars, so it's only in his best interest to try and make something work for you, however, he was under the impression it was a black Forester or nothing. He was trying to be honest and not waste your time. I realize it's a little too late, however, if you would consider another color and want us to keep looking, I will gladly assign you another salesperson and we will do our best to help you find a Forester that fits your needs and your budget. If it's too little, too late, I understand completely. However, please know, Gentry is a good person who ALWAYS puts the customer first. In this case, he did it to a fault.
