I didn't feel like a valued customer. As soon as I stepped on the lot at Nate Wade, I knew I picked the right place to find my dream car. Nick Smith is an excellent salesman and really cares about his customers. The finance guy and the other salesmen step up to make you feel comfortable and make sure everything is taken care of. Their waiting room is super comfortable and their service is fast! I was nervous about the car buying experience because of my past issues with other dealerships, but Nate Wade made it fun and enjoyable! I love my new Subie and I love Nate Wade!!! More

Nick helped us understand the full range of options and what was right for us. I felt he gave us the right amount of attention and was very transparent on the dealer pricing and feature tradeoffs. He treated us like intelligent adults, didn't pursue us with lots of unnecessary sales calls (an experience we have had with other dealers) and helped us make a great choice. Ultimately we got a great car (2015 Outback) that truly exceeded our expectations. More

Awesome It was my first time buying a new car so I did not know what to expect. I had contacted a lot of dealers in the valley and just from the initial emai It was my first time buying a new car so I did not know what to expect. I had contacted a lot of dealers in the valley and just from the initial email I got back from Nick, I could tell that he would be great to work with. Many of the other dealers either got really pushy and called me numerous times or I just didn't get a response at all. Nick was professional and cordial, not pushy at all. The whole experience at Nate Wade was very pleasant and positive for me. I would definitely recommend Nick and Nade Wade to anyone looking for a good, honest, and professional dealer to work with. Friendly and competent sales staff. "homey" feel. The sales experience was excellent. We had two associates involved due to holidays and delivery schedule. Our initial sale associate was Dustin Marri The sales experience was excellent. We had two associates involved due to holidays and delivery schedule. Our initial sale associate was Dustin Marriott and our closing associate was Gentry Mikesell. The car they delivered exceeded our expectations. Only one negative-- this is our third Subaru that we have leased with a single pay lease agreement. In all three cases, the initial paperwork had to be reviewed and revised. Our first two leases were in Gainesville, Florida, so the single payment process appears to be a system-wide problem. However, this does not reflect in way a dissatisfaction with the sales associates.Perhaps a better orientation for your finance associates at all the dealers would save some headaches for both the seller and the buyer. More

Customers service at it's best! Rarely would I give a 5-star rating to any person. However, Gentry and Nate Wade are clearly deserving. I was working with, or inquiring about, nearly Rarely would I give a 5-star rating to any person. However, Gentry and Nate Wade are clearly deserving. I was working with, or inquiring about, nearly 10 other dealerships throughout a four-state area when looking for a vehicle. My situation is not unlike many; whereby I have suffered through some of the worst of the economic downturn and its wake. Understanding, caring and committed would be the words I would use to describe my experience. Of the various dealerships I was working with, Gentry Mikesell was the only one to make me feel that not only did my experience matter, but I did. I would add that they have set the bar very high when it comes to customer service and the experience of purchasing a vehicle; and by that I mean a very high standard for other dealerships to follow. Thank you Gentry and Nate Wade. More
