As the "Oldest Subaru Dealer In the Nation", Nate Wade's focus on the Guest Experience was evident. Nick Smith was patient and accommodating - with the limited time I had available - and was ultimately focused on listening and providing all recommendations that were available. When comparing to competitors and online resources, the pricing appeared to be fair and within the "good deal" rating. I rarely recommend brands and even less specific dealerships, however, I would be glad to refer to Nate Wade and Nick Smith in the Internet Dept. to assist and guide a buyer through the process. More

Our salesman (Gentry Mikesell) was impressively knowledgeable about cars, had clear answers to our questions, and was very respectful of our concerns. Price negotiations were polite and straightforward, and we soon came to a price that was just a bit lower than I was quoted by other dealers. Nate Wade intends to make its money by cultivating long term relationships with loyal customers. My wife and I now count ourselves among these customers. We left feeling very good about the car we purchased and look forward to working with the service center at Nate Wade Subaru and dealing with them in general, largely thanks to Gentry's service. More

Kirk Schneider is Fantastic I purchased a new Crosstrek in September of 2014 and was told by my salesman that the vehicle was not available with a standard transmission. I was t I purchased a new Crosstrek in September of 2014 and was told by my salesman that the vehicle was not available with a standard transmission. I was trading in my 2011 WRX so losing horsepower along with having to go with an automatic, I was disheartened. Fast forward to December of 2014 and I became aware that Subaru DOES make the Crosstrek with a standard transmission; you just have to order it. I was so disappointed. I made a call to the dealership and got through to Kirk Schneider - the owner - and he listened to me, sympathized and said he would take care of it. Well, he did! I just drove my brand new 2015 stick shift home and he took my 2014 vehicle in trade. Straight across. He certainly did not have to do that, but this is a stand-up dealership and is owned by a stand-up guy. I am so happy and Nate Wade has a customer for life. Thank you! More

I really liked it that he wasn't putting pressure on me to buy a car. In fact, he made the comment that I might like taking a Forester xt out next time for a test drive. A week ago I contacted him because I was interested in the Forester XT. He informed me that he had the day off but gave Carla York the scoop of what I was looking for. When I arrived at Nate Wade, the model I had requested was ready to go. She made a copy of my drivers license and handed over the keys. I took my wife on the test drive and upon returning, I decided I wanted to purchase this car. I spoke with Carla about coming back with my trade in later on that day. I arrived at the dealership with my trade in. Carla made herself available very quickly and we started the process. I had ran a lot of numbers prior, so I knew wherever I needed to be to make this transaction work. She asked me what numbers I was working with. Within 30 minutes, we had very good numbers, in fact they came in a little under what I had expected. And this was with no back and forth, something I truly dislike found at most dealers. All told, the transaction took about three hours total. But this included a credit application, trading in car, working with the finance department, and prepping my car by the detail shop. At no time was I pressured to buy any additional warranties or silly sealants. Carla was very knowledgeable of the product line and was extremely easy to work with. She was there at all steps of the process and went above and beyond of what I expected her to do. In fact, I had noticed during the test drive that the tmps was illuminated, but forgot to mention it. But she took it upon herself to remedy the issue prior to me arriving to trade in the car. When I took possession of the car, she had made sure the car was spotless, it looked great. We went over the checklist in a very short time. In closing, if you want a relaxing car buying experience with no hidden surprises, I would strongly recommend working with Carla and Nate Wade Subaru. Also the 2 year/24k miles complimentary service was a nice surprise! More

He was always available to answer my questions and accommodate my unusual schedule. The orientation he gave us to the car was perfect. He has already followed up with more info. We had a perfect car buying experience. Gentry made sure Nick processed our purchase. I had met him while getting my car serviced and really liked him. He did an excellent job working with us and gave us full confidence in our decision. He was very professional and knowledgable and also made our experience a lot of fun. We would recommend Nate Wade highly and would particularly recommend Nick and Gentry. More

I didn't feel like a valued customer. As soon as I stepped on the lot at Nate Wade, I knew I picked the right place to find my dream car. Nick Smith is an excellent salesman and really cares about his customers. The finance guy and the other salesmen step up to make you feel comfortable and make sure everything is taken care of. Their waiting room is super comfortable and their service is fast! I was nervous about the car buying experience because of my past issues with other dealerships, but Nate Wade made it fun and enjoyable! I love my new Subie and I love Nate Wade!!! More
