My mother was able to speak with Carla York online about pricing because it was a little out of my reach. I really didn't want to go fall in love with it if I wasn't going to be able to afford it. The sales people were very nice and so patient with both me and my mom. We were dealing with both Craig Simpson and Carla York. It took me a couple of days to be able to get everything worked out and finally when it was worked out and I was ready to sign the papers and pick up my new car it was their day off. But they were both so nice and came in anyway. I love my new car and have named her Squishy! More

2012 Forester I had a bad experience at Mark Miller, so I decided to try Nate Wade out. I emailed in about a vehicle I found on their site and had a quick response from Gentry. I made arrangements to see the vehicle that night along with another one. When I got there Gentry had both vehicles ready to go and took my car in for an appraisal for trade in. He was knowledgeable about the cars, didn't try to push anything or try any of those tactics to get me to look at other cars on the lot that I wasn't interested in or push any kind of upgrades, parts, etc... The banks were closed up but Steve arranged for me to take the car home that night and come back in the next day to finalize everything. It was an easy, stress free process. They did offer multiple upgrades for warranty, stain protectant, GAP, Etc... but did not push them when I decided not to add them on. He also got me a great rate at a local credit union that I was not expecting with my trade/down payment which was the icing on the cake. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend going down to Nate Wade and asking for Gentry if you're looking for a car and seeing if Steve when it's time to do the financing part. I won't be going anywhere else for service, parts or my other needs anytime soon after this great experience. More

Through online reviews we found Nick Smith, who came very highly recommended so we reached out to him. Before we even knew the status of our old car he was there to help us talk about insurance and the process we'd be facing, which totally put us at ease. Nick isn't your typical sales guy that gives you a pit in your stomach when you think about a car-buying experience. He took lots of time to break down the finance of everything for my husband (a finance guy). He was very patient and never pushy, which was so refreshing. When we asked him for advice, he genuinely made us feel like he was telling us what he would do in our situation, rather than telling us whatever would benefit him. He addressed all of our concerns along the way which really made us feel like we could make an informed, confident decision. We even had a one-year-old tagging along with us and everybody was so nice and accommodating. My husband came away from the experience and said "We will buy all of our cars from Nick Smith" and that sums up our experience perfectly. I hope that people like Nick represent the future of car salesmen. More

He listened to what we were interested in and was very helpful. My Wife later stopped by for a test drive, the staff asked around and found Nick was already expecting her so they lined them up. She returned that evening and said it was a good experience she wanted to go back and get a car. We returned a day later and Nick again went over many of the features in the models we were looking at. We drove one again and my wife picked a very nice red Subaru Limited and we headed inside . Nick W and Nick Poulos were great to work with . We got through the paper work as fast as expected, good trade in on the old car, got some laughs from Nick P and headed home.
