Great service earned my business I visited three Subaru dealerships in the area looking for a new Subaru Forester, and Nate Wade stood head and shoulders above the rest. I interacted with Carla York online before visiting any dealer and was grateful for her insight, transparent pricing, and willingness to help. Then when I visited the dealer she provided me with the best test drive experience of any dealership I visited, making sure I drove in the areas I wanted and for as long as I wanted to ensure I was happy with my choice. She was very helpful in pricing the vehicle and they offered me a fantastic deal on my car. It was definitely a no-pressure sales situation, and I felt very comfortable working through the process. The day after I visited the dealer I decided to close the deal and worked with Gentry Mikesell (Carla was off that day and had arranged for Gentry to help me). Gentry was extremely friendly and helpful and quickly helped me wrap things up and set an appointment to come pick up the car a couple of days later. When I picked it up Carla was there to help make ensure everything went smoothly, provide an orientation of the car, bluetooth set-up, etc. Overall I was very happy with this experience. I got similar deals from other dealers, but it was the exceptional service at Nate Wade that ultimately won my business. I would highly recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a car. More
