Hi Chris, thanks for the review. We do take our reviews both positive and negative very serious. I have found the service records for the 2012 Legacy. There was a pre-certifecaion check on the Legacy preformed. I also see the car was brought in June and we did trouble shoot the airbag issue and they were unable to find a problem.
