With multiple dealerships in the valley, my wife and I did some shopping around. Out of every dealership we visited, the staff at Nate Wade Subaru was the most exceptional. Our experience began with very prompt responses by email and a day later meeting in person. Mike Johnston was extremely professional, personable, and made purchasing a new vehicle as smooth as possible. He encouraged us to explore every option available, as well as spending adequate amount of time test driving the vehicle. I personally came to the table with a trade-in option, and I must say, Nate Wade Subaru provided a very competitive and respectable offer when all other dealers did not. This was huge! We are one full week in to ownership of this vehicle and Mike Johnston has remained in very close contact with great information as well as available for any questions or concerns my wife and I may have. The only other problem was after I had made my decision and the car needed to be brought in from Po The financing process took longer than necessary. I was met with friendly knowledge but no pressure to buy. The other thing that struck me about Nick was his patience in answering the myriad questions I had. Excellent communication style. The other person I interacted with was Steve Yates who helped me with financing. I thought this would be an intimidating experience, but Steve proved to be incredibly helpful and friendly. He clearly explained our steps we needed to take and made it a positive experience. Hopefully I'll never have to buy a new car again but if I do I'll be going back to Nate Wade! More
