Best Car Buying/Leasing Experience EVER So we were needing to find a new car and we had negative equity in our current vehicle. It had some repairs it would need that we couldn't see oursel So we were needing to find a new car and we had negative equity in our current vehicle. It had some repairs it would need that we couldn't see ourselves paying for on such an older car. We ended up at Nate Wade Subaru and met up with a very nice sales person Mr. Josh Kelly. He was so unlike any salesperson I've ever dealt with before. He was not the typical "push you into something you don't want or that doesn't meet the needs you've expressed" kind of sales person. Josh took the time to learn about our trade in, what our needs were, and our budget would allow. He made several recommendations and explained why he recommended them in regards to what we had shared with him. We narrowed it down to three models and Josh gave us the pros and cons of each, again, relative to what we needed, budget, etc. Then he gave us keys to try them out, let us take our time, and we did. It was the second vehicle we drove that we really hit it off with. The 2016 Subaru Legacy Premium. A very sweet ride by the way, very smooth suspension system, you couldn't hear the regular noise of traffic and driving. The sound system, on board computer system, the onboard emergency communication system, and all the luxuries like dual climate control and heated seats. This was definitely the car for us, especially with all the other fine features and specs on it. Now it was time for the stressful part. Financing it. Oh but wait, it wasn't actually. Josh walked us through that process and hooked us up with our most excellent and also very knowledgeable finance manager. Who knew the financing products very well. He also listened to our needs and then explained the best options, giving us several to choose from. Thank you Fred Southwick for educating us, being patient, staying late, and all the other fine things you helped us out with in leasing a new vehicle. It is something we've never done before. Thanks to you we have a good understanding for what we've signed up for. Between these two wonderful men we are now in a brand new vehicle, that we have come to believe is setting the bar high for other makes of vehicles. Just like our experience at Nate Wade Subaru has done for their competition. Hospitality was far exceeding expectations during the waiting times. There were complimentary, tasty, and healthy options to snack on, including the best variety of beverages to choose from. They even have thought about those with pets, by providing a separate selection for pets. The service area, sales floor, finance office area, and the waiting areas were well maintained and very clean. There was ample seats and tables for a very large group of people. Oh and the chairs by the way, not some cheap and uncomfortable seats. They had nice very cushioned chairs. So waiting when we had to was very comfortable. The staff at Nate Wade Subaru were super helpful and went out of their way with us. They even stayed a couple hours past their closing time so that we could get everything taken care of and drive the new car home that night. It didn't stop there. After we got home I realized I didn't have my wallet. If you've ever lost your wallet or purse you know exactly what kind of panic I was in at this point. Josh had given me his number so I called to see if he happened to still be at the dealership and he wasn't. He offered to turn around and go back to check for me without hesitation even though I had already taken him away from his family two hours longer than he had been planning on. My wallet was found in the back seat of my trade-in where it must have fallen out when I was getting everything else out of it. Josh secured it and kept it safe until I could pick it up in the morning. I appreciate his spirit of service to others, his integrity, and his empathy. Fine people at Nate Wade Subaru. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle I recommend driving over to the lot and let them have the opportunity to serve you as well. Thanks again you guys. More

Exceptional Service - start to finish! My experience purchasing a vehicle from Nate Wade Subaru was exceptional from start to finish! My initial contact was through an online inquiry and My experience purchasing a vehicle from Nate Wade Subaru was exceptional from start to finish! My initial contact was through an online inquiry and request for an ePrice - I was connected with Josh Kelly. Initially I was just testing the water as to my options to upgrade from my 2013 Subaru Legacy to a 2016 Legacy with EyeSight and other new safety features. I had my heart set on a specific color and was flexible with the options, to a point. A couple trips (225 miles each way) to Nate Wade Subaru to check out inventory and test drive a few cars - helped set me on the track to purchase. The only difficulty was when I decided on options I wanted and found that there were two cars on the lot appointed as I wanted - but neither in my preferred color. Josh searched other dealers and found there was actually one a short (40 minutes) away which was exactly what I wanted. It was a Saturday - a busy one at Nate Wade, Josh had several customers simultaneously and I never felt that I was anything but his top priority. He took the time to try to contact the other dealership to see if they would do a dealer trade for the car but the other dealership said they were shorthanded and didn't have time. This didn't stop Josh from trying other routes to see if the car was actually available and could be obtained for me. He said if it was he would drive there and get the car for me. Needless to say, the day ended without word from the other dealer so I went home. By the end of the day Sunday, I felt I'd adequately explored my options - between getting the car from the other dealer or selecting one on the lot which had the options but not the exterior/interior color I preferred. I was back on the road to Nate Wade Subaru on Monday morning. I met with Josh briefly to look over the printouts for the different cars, then went to look at the vehicles they had on the lot. Josh went to work to see if they could get the car from the other dealer. Ultimately this dealership agreed, but had changed the price on the car - so I declined. (Sorry to put you through all the Josh!) Instead I purchased the one at Nate Wade even if it wasn't the color I'd originally hoped to find. It is a lovely car (same exterior color as my 2013) and has some really awesome features! Once I'd finally made up my mind, Josh handed me over to Nick Poulos to finalize the paperwork. Nick is quite a character! It was a pleasure getting to know him a little while he walked me through the sea of paperwork. It truly felt like talking with an old friend in the short time in his office. He definitely added a nice personal touch to the process. Thanks so much Nick for the special care and everything! I really enjoyed driving home (3+ hours on the freeway). It was a stormy day and my new Legacy handled the slushy/snowy road with nimble road-hugging reliability that I expect, know and love! Subaru's are the best and Nate Wade Subaru and their staff are top notch! Thank you all! More
