They shuttled me 3 weeks prior home when I was in for a recall and I came back in for check engine light. Now I’m somehow outside the radius by 1.5 miles, so it’s not longer worth their xxxxxxxx. They had my car for over a week and I only got updates when I called. I was even told the day I ended up getting it back someone would call back in a couple minutes to verify my car was done...5 hours later and I had to call back to hear in an annoyed voice that it had been done for a while. Do not give these people your service as it doesn’t get better and it isn’t an off day. I’ll be driving further away from my house to the Franklin dealer because I’ve already had great service via phone AND they shuttle thru 2 counties. More

Wasted a day - Look elsewhere for service! I own a 2005 Subaru WRX. Received recall on airbag, from Subaru Recall Team. Contacted Subaru dealer in Nashville, TN, to schedule appointment. Mad I own a 2005 Subaru WRX. Received recall on airbag, from Subaru Recall Team. Contacted Subaru dealer in Nashville, TN, to schedule appointment. Made appointment and gave repair my Vin number. We live an hour and a half east of Nashville. Scheduled an 8 AM appointment, 9/28/2019. We arrived, I asked how long the repair would take. The tech replied 2 to 3 hours. I asked if they would be given a loaner car, due to the length of time needed for repair; as was stated in letter from Subaru (FREE loaner vehicles are available). The tech replied no, but you are welcome to have coffee and donuts. After we were in the waiting room one hour; the tech came out and stated, that they didn’t have the correct airbag for his car. So we wasted four hours of our day and drove over 210 miles - $32 wasted tank of gas: with no compensation for Subaru’s screw up. I emailed, Subaru of America. I was immediately informed of a closer Dealership that had the replacement airbag in stock. Visited Earl Duff Subaru 10/15/2019, 10:00 appointment, was out of shop by 11:30. More

It was While visiting Nashville from NY in both July and recently in October I brought my 2019 Forester in for an oil change before I drove back home. It was kind of last minute but Nashville Subaru did the oil change while I waited! Recently during a shorter visit I called in the morning and they said they were booked until I was to leave, I explained that I had to leave for NY before they had an opening and they took me in later that afternoon. Besides the oil change that I had asked for, they also rotated the tires and checked and topped off the fluids and then told me that there was a sale and coupon and there was no charge! I can tell you that you’d be hard pressed to find service like that in NY! Best dealership service experience I’ve ever had! More
Worst Customer Experience. Do not go to Nashville Subaru. No acknowledgement that we even existed from their service dept. We came in for a radio issue. When we finally got the vehicle back, the radio was not No acknowledgement that we even existed from their service dept. We came in for a radio issue. When we finally got the vehicle back, the radio was not functioning at all! We left with a much bigger tech problem than we came in. No apologies, no sympathy from staff, no offer for rental vehicle. Coming from a formal Customer Experience Manager, they hit every nail on the head of how you SHOULD NOT treat a customer. I DO NOT recommend going to the Subaru in Nashville. Find a different Subaru Dealership. More

Tried making online service appointment and it would not allow a Subaru Outback. Two weeks to get an appointment for oil change. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged on entry to service bay. There were 5 ca allow a Subaru Outback. Two weeks to get an appointment for oil change. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged on entry to service bay. There were 5 cars that all pulled in at the same time with only 2 service techs working. Was told would be 2 hours wait time, for an oil change! Luckily it was only 75 minutes. Tech was much friendlier in checkout. I can't wait until the Subaru dealership in Gallatin is open! Unfortunately talked into prepaying for oil changes so will have to come here another 4 times. More
I was quoted $4,300 dollars for a blown head gasket. I called three well reputed garages in town that were recommended by friends and neighbors. They quoted me $2,100 dollars and $2,300. I know there’s a called three well reputed garages in town that were recommended by friends and neighbors. They quoted me $2,100 dollars and $2,300. I know there’s a dealer markup, but OMG, double is ridiculous. I also had to pay $125 for them to just look at it. They were nice and respectful. But how they could look me in the eye at that price is ridiculous. I do want to give props to Ryan in service who hustled to keep me in the loop the entire time. I appreciated that. More
