A few weeks later Cliff called me as a courtesy to see if I was still in the market for a Subaru Forester. I was negotiating with 2 other middle Tennessee Subaru dealerships at the time. I have 4 Subarus, all of which have been serviced by downtown Subaru. In July of 2020 I was told one of them needed major repairs including new gaskets and timing belt. The total cost was over $4,000. downtown Subaru. In July of 2020 I was told one of them needed major repairs including new gaskets and timing belt. The total cost was over $4,000. Six months later the engine stopped running. Downtown Subaru told me that I needed a whole new engine ($5,000+) and that the problem was not related to the previous repair. Seeking more information I left multiple messages for both the service department and the GM -- none of which were returned. I towed the gar to Subaru of Gallatin, who determined the engine failure was the result of a faulty part installed by Downtown Subaru and said that Subaru Corporate would cover the repair under parts warranty. The fact that the part failed is not the fault of Downtown Subaru, but their unwillingness to research the problem, to find a solution, or even return my phone calls is. Had I not sought a second opinion, I would either have a worthless car or a $5,000+ bill. Downtown Subaru's indifference to this fact and their unwillingness to engage with me to find a resolution speaks for itself. Kudos for Subaru of Gallatin for being so helpful and doing the right thing, especially considering I had not been a customer up to that point. More

A rep from Nash Subaru wrote back saying I lied, insulted my mechanic (who is cleaning up their mess) and said I only paid $2283.50. By stating I paid a different amount from the amount shown on my receipt and the amount that posted to my account when they cashed the check I paid them with, they are falsifying information. More

The first time the mileage was input incorrectly (off by over 3,000 miles). The second time....Well, I am still receiving text messages and reminders to come have my car serviced over a week after I had it in there. It will be interesting to see how the new Galatin Subaru is once it opens! More

Amazing buying experience! I contacted the dealership through their website on the weekend after normal business hours and got a response from Rey the salesman. Rey was very fri I contacted the dealership through their website on the weekend after normal business hours and got a response from Rey the salesman. Rey was very friendly, prompt and began working on what we wanted. On Monday I visited the dealership, chose the car I wanted with the features I desired at the price I needed. It was very quick and painless. I was in and out in a jiffy and the car was delivered to the dealership the next day. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Rey. More
