David, we would have loved to determine that for ourselves. You chose to tow vehicle out of here and did not want us to tear down and look at vehicle for you. We engaged with you and spoke to you all the way. We told you that if it would have cost you anything we would have done the work at cost so that it was not much out of your pocket. This review is not correct in your statements said and certainly does not warrant a 1 star. We have all correspondence with you on messaging to show all this and to show this review is not correct. We certainly are glad that you have gotten your vehicle fixed and are finally happy. Thanks and have a wonderful day!!!!

That's simply not true. I left multiple messages. Had you offered to tear it down to discover the problem I wouldn't have paid to tow it. I asked Subaru of North America to have you call me and you didn't. I stated in my BBB complaint on 1/16 that "I subsequently reached out to both Kathryn and General Manager Tim Koval. I have waited more than a week for a return call from either of them, and have left additional messages for both" and no one called. Other than the initial call from you (from Kathryn) telling me the cost to replace the engine, you did not initiate any other contact with me. You did offer to to do any work at "10% over on all parts and 1/2 cost of labor to install anything pertaining to this repair." You made this offer via the BBB compliant, not to me directly, and on January 26th, 4 days AFTER I had the car towed.
