Couldn't find the Hole Upon leaving work, I discovered that I had a completely flat tire. I had my car insurance tow my vehicle to the Downtown Nashville Subaru Dealership so that I could also get an oil change and have them fix my rear tail light that had a recall all in one swoop. The oil change and rear tail light were taken care of, however, they were unable to find the hole in my tire. After delaying my pick-up by two and half hours trying to locate the hole, they ended up simply pumping my tire with air, and sending me off. Three days later, when the flat tire returned, I took my car to Gateway Tire & Service Center- there they located the hole and repaired it within an hour. Although my oil change and recall services went smoothly, the fact that I had a recurring flat tire due to Subaru’s inability to find the hole- was annoying, and disruptive to my busy schedule. More
Took forever and no communication I took my 2012 car here for two recalls. The first time I showed up for my appointment I was told when I got there that they didn't have the parts even though I had confirmed the appointment twice beforehand. They rescheduled me a month out. My second appointment I got a call 2 days before my appointment pushing me back even further. Dropping off the car the last time I was told the work would take 5 days but they may have my car up to two week. One month later and several phone calls later I finally got my car back. They had put me in a rental, but I had to deal with dropping the car off at the rental sucking an hour and a half out of my work day. I had been originally told that they were suppose to do that, but when it came time to pick up my car they told me I was misinformed. Interesting since the employee from the car rental agency told me that they pick up the cars from Subaru. Very frustrating service with lack of communication. More
Abandon all hope all ye who enter the service department! They had my car almost a month. I called repeatedly, but very seldom got call backs. I left one message for the service manager thinking that would get a response. NADA! On more than one occasion when someone actually took my call, they would be clueless, promise a call back in 10 minutes after they talked to "their tech" and apparently forget I was trying to learn what the status of my car was. I really thought the dealership was good based on the sales and first two oil change experiences, but when I went back with a warranty service problem, it was simply more than they could handle. I will never darken their door again. Abandon all hope all ye who enter the service department for more than an oil change. My rating of customer service at one star is because is there was not a lower option. My rating of quality of work as average is because they finally seemed to have fixed it. My rating of friendliness is because they were friendly in ignoring me. My rating of price is because it was warranty work at no charge to me. More

I have always had an excellent experience at Nashville Subar Ashley has always taken excellent care of me and of my crosstrek. She is very knowledgeable and gets the job done on time and keeps in touch with you Ashley has always taken excellent care of me and of my crosstrek. Replaced My CVT Transmission Under Warranty! I was extremely grateful when I got the call from Ashley stating that Subaru would cover my transmission problems under warranty. Everyone I talked to were quick and efficient from getting me an appointment set, getting my car checked in, keeping me up to date with the progress, and getting my car back to me. 3 hour wait I was coming in for an oil change and not only did I have a hard time making an appointment but once I got there I had a 3 hour wait. I was there for an oil change and after over 2 hours I went to ask what the status was I was told that they were just finishing the rotation on my tires and would then finish my oil change. When I went to pay after a 3 hour wait I tried to use a coupon I had received in my email and was told that I was better off with the free tire rotation. I was not asked about rotating my tires and was not aware it was a separate charge. Everywhere else includes it in the cost. So all in all I waited way too long and paid $80.00 for an oil change. Seems steep to me since the tire rotation was supposedly taken off. More
Alot wrong with my vehicle I had taken my car to several different places with readers and no one could figure out exactly what was wrong with my car when I brought it into th I had taken my car to several different places with readers and no one could figure out exactly what was wrong with my car when I brought it into the shop it took a few days for them to figure out what all was wrong. Joey work with me and Ashley was the one that got me in and is still working with me to bring my car in for the recalls. I couldn't say more about the courtesy of these two individuals and how they made sure that I had a ride to take me to work or to come pick me up to get my vehicle and even when there was a question about my check engine light and being able to pass emissions Joey and his service people offered to drive at the amount of miles for the engine to be able to pass emissions. They were both very concerned about my issues and how to take care of me in a timely and courteous way. employees like them are worth their weight in gold and that's what keeps bringing customers back to your establishment.
