The salesperson said I needed tires and rear brakes, I have less than 23000 miles on the car. This tells me the tires Nissan puts on the car are cheap xxxx. I asked the salesperson about the brakes needing replacing at this low mileage, he replied that Nissan puts thinner pads on the rear, I cannot believe that. I took it to a brake place where they told me the brakes were fine. I cannot believe anything your dealership tells me again. More

Both the person who booked my appt and took care of me at the front desk they were both very professional and helpful. Im always treated with courtesy and everything is explained to me about my car and all o the front desk they were both very professional and helpful. The staff at the dealership are professional and friendly. However, my experience with the actual service was sub par. I bought my car from their partner dealer down the street from them. I schedule friendly. However, my experience with the actual service was sub par. I bought my car from their partner dealer down the street from them. I scheduled my service appointment but my information was not in the system at all. When my car was brought in the garage to be worked on, I was told they did not have the part for my car and I'd have to come back once it was ordered and received. I live 40 mins away. It was a wasted 1.5 hour drive! When I came back the next day, they took my car in immediately and the service was done fairly quick. My washer fluid level was low and it's still low. Clearly they did not top off the fluids! After my experience, they should have even if it's not typically done. However, it should be since other service garages does. My experience would have been forgiven/forgotten if they offered to add an additional comp service but they did not. Which is why I was willing to complete this survey. The 3 stars was only because the staff was pleasant. More
