Brought vehicle in for diagnostics. Service rep at counter stated that a $200 charge would be applied to perform actual repair. When I agreed to have the repair done (that diagnostic Service rep at counter stated that a $200 charge would be applied to perform actual repair. When I agreed to have the repair done (that diagnostic found), service manager came and discussed the bill...he added this charge and said that this was incorrect... and he would talk to desk person for given me incorrect info. He did however delete that charge. Before taking my car in, I had called other Nissan dealers and they all said their diagnostics fee would be applied if repair was done there. I DID NOT APPRECIATE the service manager trying to get more money for this repair. This was unethical. I was very pleased, however, with quality of repair people. More
