Everyone at Napoli Nissan was great. Ron is a great guy and will do everything to help you out as much as he can. Remember people he still has to make a living. I was able to get a good rate and he was also able to get my extended warranty extended even more. It was a seamless process I believe I was in and out with everything done, i.e insurance, registration and everything in about 3 hours. That includes an approximately 10 minute test drive. I would recommend Napoli Nissan in Milford, they are professional and caring. More

The service department was great, but to cost of the repair too high. I feel it was due to a faulty seat belt retraction, should have been under warranty.
