I had a less than satisfactory experience during my recent visit to Nissan. When I initially requested washer fluid, the staff assured me it wouldn't be a problem. However, upon completion of the servi recent visit to Nissan. When I initially requested washer fluid, the staff assured me it wouldn't be a problem. However, upon completion of the service, I discovered that they didn't add washer fluid to my car. Instead, they informed me that I needed a coolant flush and that my front brakes would require attention soon. It was frustrating to be told that I didn't need washer fluid, only to find out later that I actually did. Furthermore, I found paperwork related to another customer's car in my vehicle, which was concerning. I removed the paper and started my car, only to be immediately alerted that I needed washer fluid. I checked, and indeed, I had none. I had to go to another location to have washer fluid added. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing, and it impacted the overall quality of the service I received at Nissan. More
