The truck came with only one key. Was not told until I had completed the purchase. Cost 225 to replace. I needed a tire changed quickly last week and they were able to take me early the next morning, however in my attempt to get it done an hour before close (inopportune timing, I know) someone from the other able to take me early the next morning, however in my attempt to get it done an hour before close (inopportune timing, I know) someone from the other side of the desk yelled LOUDLY that they absolutely not fix it that day since it was 5:30 (even though it was not). This was very frustrating to hear considering the tint of her voice and I’m sure she wasn’t aware that I was able to hear her loud and clear, however I would like to note it because no one who needs a moment of empathy should have to hear that. This being said, they took me at open the next morning and had it fixed in an hour so I could make it to a wedding, the cost was also discounted which I do appreciate. Thank you to the staff that was available the next day, but please remind all your staff that your phones are excellent and pick up the background noise. More
