Slight misunderstanding at start where salesperson thought we were looking for a bottom of the line model. Once we were on the same wavelength we had a nice test drive, located a fully loaded model i thought we were looking for a bottom of the line model. They gave us a copy of their invoice for the car and gave us a price under dealer cost, which included the current rebate from Nissan. They offered to let us take the car home overnight to make sure that we were comfortable with it. I initially declined as I still had 2 more manufactures to check out. Sales manager mentioned before we left that if we could wait until next week end there was most likely an addition Nissan rebate that we could get. Went back later in the week and took the car home for a couple of hours, had my trade-in appraised and made a deal. Got both rebates, they increased the value of my trade-in to match another dealer’s offer, which was very fair, and was offered free service for a year. One of the nicest new car experiences we’ve had from our initial visit right through delivery. If service is as good we will be repeat customers. More
Napoli Nissan did a great job in leasing us a 2011 Sentry. I did a good deal of research on similar cars and Napoli came through with the most features for the best leasing dollar. I am actually very surprised by some of the negative reviews on here about Napoli Nissan. I myself have had a great experience. They truely do have rock bottom pricing hassle free! When I got there I met her and then worked with the GM Lou who went over the final numbers in detail. My salesperson, Ron Valentino pulled the car up for a test drive. I ended up picking out a different color. My new car was ready less than an hour later! Just had to sign my paperwork and was out quickly. It was nice to get a fantastic price without a headache. They were very up front and thourough. I also got a free oil change just haven't hit the miles to use it yet. The service department seems very up to date and clean. They also have a referral program where they pay $100 for referring customers. As a happy customer myself I will be sure to refer my friends and family and make a few bucks myself. My experience was great. I haven't had a good experience buying a new car in over 10 years. Thanks Napoli. More
My 16 year old daughter bought a 2000 used lexus. After paperwork was signed and car was paid for, the salesman gave her 1 key. The VALET key. After several phone calls to him and the sales manager, and after several calls not being returned, I was told that they "are not able to help you" the car was an as is car and there is no money to be put into it. The cost to replace the master keys will be around $800. They did not disclose prior to the sale that there was only a valet key and they are unwilling to work with us. BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE SHADY AND DISHONEST!! More

Wasted a whole day by traveling two hours for vehicle that wasn't accurately described by sales. Placed refundable deposit for desired vehicle that was to come within one week, but never did. Called four times within two weeks and was told on every time that it would be taken care of it. Charge still not refunded and I am now going to dispute it through my credit card company. From experience, sales staff unorganized and uneducated on vehicles. More
My car needed the air conditioning to be checked. It worked sometimes but other times wouldn't. When I went in there I explained my car had been broken into a few months prior and the wires had been tam worked sometimes but other times wouldn't. My thoughts were that possibly the air worked online sometimes due to the taping of the wires. They quoted me $200. Later that day they quoted me $1000 explaining I needed new brakes. I called firestone because I had just had work done on my car. They explained that when I was there they had seen nothing wrong with the brakes and that they still had at least a good three months to last. I had dropped off my car at 7:45 a.m. and by 2:30 p.m. they still hadn't figured out the problem with my air conditioning. More
This dealership is absolutley horrible, from the way they introduce them selves to the knowedge they have of there product. I felt as if they were only interested in selling the car at that moment, after we introduce them selves to the knowedge they have of there product. When i heard that I left immediatley. I have bought my new murano elsewhere and was very happy with the transaction, I highley suggest not buying anything there More
