Above and Beyond Service! I went to Napoli Nissan looking for a used car with AWD. I had been in contact with them prior to my visit and had expressed interest in a 2007 Nissa I went to Napoli Nissan looking for a used car with AWD. I had been in contact with them prior to my visit and had expressed interest in a 2007 Nissan Murano they had in stock. When I arrived the Murano had been pulled from their indoor location and was ready for me to test drive. I spoke to Joey who is the sales manager who then introduced me to Gus Rosario. Gus was amazing! He took me for a drive in the Murano (which I didn't end up caring for) and asked me what qualities I wanted in a vehicle. He took me down the street to Napoli's Indoor location to check out some other vehicles. Gus let me look around to see if there was anything that caught my attention. I found a Jeep that was in great condition (inside and outside) and had very low mileage, however it was not AWD. Gus had me walk away from that vehicle because I had specifically asked for a vehicle with AWD. He didn’t push me into the easy sale and instead was genuinely interested in meeting all of my needs and making sure that I found a safe and reliable option. I finally settled on a 2013 Nissan Rogue with very little mileage and great condition. It was a slow process due to all my questions and concerns, but Gus was patient and answered every single one of my questions. Gus called me the very next day to make sure everything was okay with my car. A few days after my purchase a light went on, on my dashboard, I didn’t understand what it meant and freaked out when someone told me it was my check engine light. I spoke to someone at Nissan and the very next morning I got a call from Gus letting me know that they were going to pick up my car from my job, look into any problems, and return it to me by the end of the day. It ended up not being the check engine light and everything was fine. That is what I consider above and beyond great service. Gus never made me feel like I was a bother and repeatedly told me he was there to help me with whatever I needed. Everyone at Nissan was friendly and efficient. I would go back to Napoli Nissan for a car and I would recommend them to anyone, they made my experience very easy and painless! More

After doing a lot of searching online for reasonable car prices in the Milford area, my father and I eventually stumbled on a very affordable 2013 Che After doing a lot of searching online for reasonable car prices in the Milford area, my father and I eventually stumbled on a very affordable 2013 Chevy Cruze located at this dealership. Much like how we had done in the past, we were primarily window shopping when we were helped by an employee named Miguel. Miguel was nothing short of exemplary; he was extremely knowledgeable both about the Cruze we were looking at as well as some of the other models we had checked out. Most importantly though, he was extremely easygoing and we felt no pressure whatsoever like some other dealerships had given us in the past. The test drive was very smooth and in the end, he is the one responsible for our doing business with Napoli Nissan. I would urge any potential future customers of Napoli to request him by name, as I don't think it gets better than Miguel. More

More than satisfied On a sunny pleasant morning I spoke with Rick a sales specialist for Napoli Nissan. I was informed he had located the vehicle which I'd been searching On a sunny pleasant morning I spoke with Rick a sales specialist for Napoli Nissan. I was informed he had located the vehicle which I'd been searching for weeks. Although I was at least two hours getting there, the front desk receptionist was expecting me and knew my name. Rick could not have been more professional or pleasant to talk. The personal attention to details seemed natural for him as he multi tasked. He managed to do this without making me feel like I was waiting. I had my dog with me who was also welcomed and made to feel at home by the entire staff. My drive home was more than an hour, so it gave me the opportunity to enjoy my new car. Thank you all so very much! Special thanks to Miguel Who located a phone charger for me. Few days later the car squeaked on a cold start and I want to really say to the manager and service team you didn't have to fix my car for free. But you did, and THAT is something that is going to keep those referrals coming you always treat you're customers like people and not a cash grab Excellent service More
