I’m not sure in all honesty and fairness. My service associate, Luis, was pleasant and I believe he did all he could to help me. The dealerships, scammed me on my lease( ( not the salesman) I paid them $324.21 in addition to my $1000.00 down payment and was told “WE WILL PAY YOUR FIRST PAYMENT ON THE SPORT AND PAYOFF YOUR CUR salesman) I paid them $324.21 in addition to my $1000.00 down payment and was told “WE WILL PAY YOUR FIRST PAYMENT ON THE SPORT AND PAYOFF YOUR CURRENT LEASE”. We just got a new billing for May to pay our first payment on 5/26/21 for the new lease that we signed on4/26/21. On 4/20/ 21 WE PAID OUR MAY BILL FOR BOUGHT OUT LEASE ON MY ROUGE. I spoke with Scott Leslar on Fri. 5/14/21 on this matter and he told me That payment was for the last payment on my lease and despite my not accepting the scripted answer I told him I have leased many cars from Nissan/Infiniti a over many years going back to when you were Datsun..My lease was always bought out prior to it’s last payment. He then changed his response to “You owned the car for 4 days in May and that was what you are paying for” That still does not explain “we will make your First payment” He then told me he would call me back after speaking with the MANAGER” Still waiting for his call.
