The purchased vehicle had several issues and the kept the car for approximately a month and I’m still having some issues. They did provide a rental from Hertz where I ran into more unhappy customers. Their operation is more of a ocean full of sharks. I have purchased several vehicles and this is the worst experience. I will make sure I shout from the mountain top to Not buy a ca r from them. Most reputable dealerships did not have much inventory which is how I wounded up there. They had an abundance of inventory and now I know why - all Junk. They should be shut down or all employees should be replaced as the operate together to deceive, undermine or simply cheat the customers. I just bought out my lease. After I came in 2 weeks ago for an oil change, a few days later, I received a notification in the mail from Napoli that I need Transmission Fluid, B After I came in 2 weeks ago for an oil change, a few days later, I received a notification in the mail from Napoli that I need Transmission Fluid, Brake Fluid and Coolant. This was never discussed when I was there. I made an appointment and came in the other day for brake fluid, which cost me almost $250 and if I had all the fluids, it would be close to $1,000. The girl told me the coupon couldn’t be used unless I got all 3 services…big deal-16% off? Laughable. Also, prior to buying out the car, I mentioned to check the “malfunction message” but service was too lazy to do so and just said “hit cancel”. Now when I arrived to have fluid done, I asked them to check and now the girl tells me that just to diagnose would cost over $100 and then the cost of the fix. I had to wait ten minutes while she was on the phone with a customer to be attended to -she was the only one on service desk…everyone waiting were all discussing the charges and lack of service to customers waiting. RIP OFF! I am angry and disappointed. I was going to ask the discouraging girl if she was purposely trying to give me all bad news, but decided not to waste good energy. Got advice from other customers to go elsewhere. Horrible and trying to hurt our pockets! I brought the car in 3 times. Second time they said it was ready and I waited a hour and a half and still was not ready.
