I do want to be honest that I was disappointed with the overall cost of my 30,000-mile service. I understand the price was communicated to me beforehand, but after reviewing the final bill and seeing that nearly $500 was labor for approximately 2.5 hours of work, I felt the overall cost was much higher than I expected, especially since I lease the vehicle. I know you personally did everything right, but the overall experience has made me reconsider using the dealership for future service needs. Thank you again for always being helpful and professional. -My appointment was created online for 1 PM specifically stating that it was for the installation of the replacement backup camera -Upon arrival I was told my car wouldn't be ready for close to 4 hours whic stating that it was for the installation of the replacement backup camera -Upon arrival I was told my car wouldn't be ready for close to 4 hours which was far different from Marissa's 1.5 hr estimate a few weeks ago -I noticed on the computer screen that my email address had been altered to include 666 after my email domain. When I questioned this she stated the email address must be working because she had been advised of my poor rating from the last visit. -I left a message with the service manager, Ruben, but never received a call back. -Car was ultimately ready within the hour and a half timeframe originally given Thank you for giving me a new email address! I have already claimed it through Gmail :) More
