I have worked with her for a while and every time, it was always a pleasure to work with her. Never had a negative experience with her or any other service advisors. So, I personally highly recommend Napoli KIA of Milford simply because their Service Department is the best of the business.. honestly it’s rare these days to have a friendly customer service, a lot’s of place definitely doesn’t have that vibe. You will not be disappointed if you go there to have your car serviced.
