We purchased our 2021 Palisade Limited from Napleton’s and we’re looking to upgrade. We came back and met with Batoul and she was great. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Genesis GV80, she answere and we’re looking to upgrade. We came back and met with Batoul and she was great. Bought a used car and our sales person, Batoul was so kind. When we went to pick up the car and BUY it, we discovered the used car rep attached a lowjack and attached it to the price of the. we were ne kind. When we went to pick up the car and BUY it, we discovered the used car rep attached a lowjack and attached it to the price of the. we were never made aware that they were attaching this to the car. Eventually the used car manager agreed to take price off and give us a year of service. When we arrived at the dealership and had given them the check, the manager again tried to tell us that we could pay $400 for the "free" year of service or we can schedule another trip to the dealer to have the lowjack removed. This dealer is an hour from our house. We were extremely mad because had they explained that we can have the low jack removed we would have come the nextorning to buy the car once the low jack was removed. After my husband and I were ready to take our check back and walk away, did they agree that we did not need to have the low jack removed. I found the fact that they installed something and then tried to con us into paying for it shady. More

November 15, 2023 I took my car(2017 Hyundai Sonata) to Napleton/Valley Hyundai in Aurora IL. Per the service manger John(I think he was the manager) he was really nice professional and as far as I can tel Napleton/Valley Hyundai in Aurora IL. Per the service manger John(I think he was the manager) he was really nice professional and as far as I can tell tried to help me. The Hyundai had a recall on the engine up to I think John said 120,000 miles. My engine went out I had the car towed there it took them about a week or so to tell me that it was not covered under the warranty due to neglect. They ask me for maintenance receipts, and I stated I do not have maintenance receipts for every oil change b/c I did not know A) there was/or was going to be a recall and B) I didn't know it was necessary to keep oil change receipts, especially having the car already for 5 years. my first issue was it a recall or a warranty b/c to my understanding it was a recall which means that Hyundai already knows these engines are faulty in some regard. My second issue is how am I penalized for not have maintenance receipts for again something that Hyundai already knew was faulty and was going to be an issue in the near future. I feel was unjust and now they want me to pay $8000+ for a new engine. Again if it was a recall then it should have been just that and my engine should have been repaired per the recall. No negligence on my behalf, I did not buy this car brand new and I got oil changes very regularly. Again the services manager was very polite and professional and this review has no affect or bearing on him. Thank you More
