Terrible, Horrible, and Totally Unacceptable Experience!!! I received an "Exclusive" offer but once they added in all their fees, the cost of the vehicle was more than the sticker price. Superb salesman; great customer treatment and care I pulled up to the dealership that my wife bought a used Civic at 3.5 years ago (River Oaks Honda) and her salesman, Jeffrey Parham, was standing outs I pulled up to the dealership that my wife bought a used Civic at 3.5 years ago (River Oaks Honda) and her salesman, Jeffrey Parham, was standing outside. He immediately recognized me and called me by name. Everything thereafter was great. I got the car I wanted at a good price. Larry Chambers the delivery manager was also excellent, Jeff and Larry did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone for a quality experience in the purchase of a new car. It doesn't get any better than these guys! More
