Horrible, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! Our sales person was Sundae Henderson. Great, very polite and knowledgeable. My wife and I got a quote for a vehicle off of truecar.com. We were assured that the dealership is very upfront with their pricing and there are no hidden fees. I had to leave and go to work and my wife was left to finish the financing paperwork. We where charged an extra $1000 for a transfer and shipping fee for the car which had already been at that dealership for over a month. We did not ask for it to be transfered or shipped. We where also charged any extra $700 and some odd dollars in other fees and dealer costs. Upfront and no hidden fees my xxx. The next day we noticed that there where a a few problems with the car, as it was used. The radio would not program time or stations and keep them programmed. We also noticed that the brakes felt a little off and the latch to the back seat was broken as well as the drivers side window would not go up properly. There were alsk a few other concerns we had. We were told to bring the car back to the dealership and they would remedy all the problems and concerns we had including the financial ones. At first we where impressed that they would take the time and without question fix all the problems. The dealership is an hour and a half away from where we live. When we arrived at the dealership Sundae was there to great us and immediately took the car into the service station. After about Fifteen minutes she returned to us with the car and explained that since it was a Nissan and that they are a Honda dealership that we would be better off bringing it a Nissan dealership. She called a Nissan dealership in the area and told them of our ordeal and that we would be on are way and that they are to remedy all problems. At this point it was late in the day and we had to get home, we asked Sundae if we could take it to a Nissan dealership closer to our house. She said that would be fine and to just have them call her to confirm the work that needed to be done. A week later I brought the vehicle to the Nissan dealership near our home, explained the problems and gave them Sundae's information as she had requested. Six hours later I received a phone call from the dealership, they explained to me that the entire headunit council needed to be replaced, as well as the motors for the sunroof, and the entire wiring system for all the aux power plugs. They went on to tell me that the vehicle needed a new transfer case, all new breaks, both front sway bars and new front rotors. The head mechanic that I spoke with could not believe that we had just purchased this vehicle from a reputable dealer such as Napelton Honda and they let us drive it off the lot, let alone test drive it. The vehicle only has 50 plus thousand miles on it and cost us around $22,000 out the door. With all the work and nessasary parts the car needs to be safe to even drive it is going to cost another five to six thousand dollars. At first we thought no big deal we purchased the extended warranty which was around three thousand dollars. Unfortunately the extended warranty is null and void because there is no way that we could have caused all these problems in the short time that we have owed the vehicle. All of these issues are prior damages and not covered under the warranty. So now we are stuck with a $22,000 car that we can't even drive or afford to have fixed and its sitting at a Nissan dealership. Napelton Honda says that they do a 200 plus inspection on all of their preowned vehicles that they sell and that they must pass in order for them to be Napelton sales worthy. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this dealership. One good note, Sundae has kept in contact with us and is still working to try and resolve these issues with no cost to us, even though she no longer works for the dealership. I guess they don't want honest, hardworking reputable people working for them as they have no soul or business ethics what so ever. More
One of the worst car buying experiences I've had. Okay so my salesperson was Sean. He was really cocky, ignorant, and selfish. He tried to make a quick sale since it was "his day off" (he wouldn't stop reminding me". He said some nonchalant disrespectful things throughout the potential sale; he even offered me a coupe when I came for a sedan......seriously? Get it together. The sales manager tried saving the sale but he wasn't much help. It was his day off too miraculously. I'll never shop here again. More

I walked with my sister hoping to see what we could possibly place on our bucket lists for the near future. Fortunately, we were met by Earnest Norman who was not only very professional but very kind, thoughtful and considerate. His customer service was outstanding! He truly made our visit worth while. I didn't expect to have an opportunity to leave with a vehicle that day but not only did he make that happen for me, my sister did as well! Two 2015 Honda Civic's! Sharp!! But, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Glen Smith. He came out to speak with us and share additional knowledge on our purchases which left us with a very comfortable feeling. His professional and considerate manner also let us know that we were in the right place, working with people that were committed in satisfying their customers. Earnest and Glen are a great asset to Napleton River Oaks Honda Dealership. They're the type of people that will have you returning again and again! Thanks for the wonderful experience! .....P.S. My sister and I stopped by hoping to get a good deal. By the time we left, the “good deal “turned into a feeling of accomplishment beyond our expectations! Sales Consultant, Earnest Holmes and New Car Sales Manager, Glen “Ty”Smith went over and beyond being helpful, courteous, professional and accommodating. They showed us they care about people by ensuring we received the very best deal for the very best price!! I felt a real need met a true blessing!! I was beyond pleased and am still smiling because these guys are the best!! More
