Mapleton Palatine Subaru is a beautiful place on the inside and outside. The cars were very nice and clean. The inside looks amazing and it has an entertainment room for children .They have refreshmen inside and outside. The cars were very nice and clean. He’s very courteous and a true professional. We ended up ordering our vehicle that very day! Once the tough part of waiting for our vehicle to be assembled and delivered, the process was fairly quick and painless. We felt like VIPs while we were there, so did the kids! Joe explained in detail the warranty options and the benefits of the Starlink subscription. We were happy with the value of our trade in too. I liked the financing options Chris made available to us, even matching a lower rate we were offered elsewhere. We are very happy with our purchase, our experience and the whole process.
