Joe made the process so seamless for us despite us having to do a lot of the process remotely. He was extremely communicative and knowledgeable and was able to help us find the perfect car for our needs within a few days of our initial contact with him. When I went to pick up the car, he spent time with me going through all the features so I felt extremely comfortable with my way around the car by the time I left the lot. I would definitely recommend this Subaru to people looking for a car in the future, and make sure you talk to Joe! He'll definitely take care of you! More

Salesman was unable to tell me anything about the car I was purchasing. Car was a 2017 Mustang GT Performance Package. I wasn’t told about the engine size (5.0), features of the Performance Package Upgrade was purchasing. Car was a 2017 Mustang GT Performance Package. I wasn’t told about the engine size (5.0), features of the Performance Package Upgrade, short throw shifter, tire size, brake package, interior features, anything you could possibly touch on was never spoke about. The vehicle also had quite obvious paint damage on the rear bumper that wasn’t brought up until I said something. (Also not in description online, dishonest.) These are simple things to know especially considering the dealership knew way ahead of time that I was coming to check out the car. Granted I knew what I was there for and exactly what I was purchasing, it’s still nice to have someone with knowledge of the vehicles making the sale. Salesman informed me they also had a Challenger and Charger on the lot but didn’t know what trim levels or engine size. All in all a poor experience. Napleton can be better than this, all it takes is some preparation and light research. On the bright side I got a good interest rate from the loan office and the gentleman who handled my paperwork was quite knowledgeable. More
From the time we walked in the staff was very polite, offering water, coffee.,or snacks. The facilities were clean and inviting. I had called and made appointment to view the vehicle...when we arrived offering water, coffee.,or snacks. The facilities were clean and inviting. I wish they would've washed it for my viewing, I didn't notice a small scratch on passenger side until I took delivery of the vehicle. But overall we are happy with the new vehicle. More

Daniel Byun - on a scale of 1 to 10 / ABSOLUTE 10. / 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG My family and I showed up literally as Daniel was locking the door. It was 7:55pm on a Monday. It's cold, it's Monday. 10°F out STARS ALL DAY LONG My family and I showed up literally as Daniel was locking the door. It was 7:55pm on a Monday. It's cold, it's Monday. 10°F outside. Now, everyone wants to go home and get some dinner. But no sir. This man, he made extra time, we looked at 4 cars. In 30 minutes, we looked at 4 cars. And, oddly enough, I did not feel rushed. Friendliest guy on the planet. He gave us the info on each car as we flew past them, warming them all up on a 10°F night in January. We whipped out stock numbers, and he whipped out keys so fast, we were off and running faster than you could eat a granola bar. He had no idea he was about to sell a car, while walking to the door to lock it up. And my wife and I PURCHASED a 2007 Toyota Camry. He made it happen despite all of the extra challenges. I paid in cash, and he held the car for 24 hours. Look, you can do to other dealerships. You can go pay $500 less. But you don't know about the quality of the cars that come in to the Napleton Dealerships. Napleton does not sell something that they wouldn't drive themselves personally. I have looked at hundreds of dealerships from the North Shore of Chicago to Racine, Wis. And you know what? I bought a car at Napleton's Palatine Subaru from Daniel Byun. He was the absolute friendliest guy and extremely knowledgeable. He has a history with other brands, to allow you to get the best possible knowledge, instantaneously. Go look other places, go right ahead. You'll be right back to Daniel Byun and his skills of putting you in a vehicle, you had no idea you were capable of owning.
