My lease was up soon. So once again I leased a new 2020 Kia vehicle through Ed Napleton’s dealership. I was searching for a specific vehicle and Nizar was able to locate the vehicle and have the deal done Kia vehicle through Ed Napleton’s dealership. Absolutely terrible Terrible experience. Had an appointment to drive a used Kia Sportage. I was serving as an intermediary for my in laws who need a car. Vehicle was nice Terrible experience. Price went from $15,500 to over 22K with all of the add ons they were being pushy about. Add ons included offering the remaining factory warranty from Kia, which I was surprised to learn was not included for the second owner. They also had a $995 dealer process fee, which was explained to me as their cost for getting the vehicle ready for sale. Sorry, but that is cost of doing business for a car dealer. Why don’t you send me your bill for sewer service and electricity while you are at it? Let them know how we felt by walking away. More
