Sorry you feel this way and we really do try our very best to resolve any issues or concerns our customers may have, but being a high volume dealership its not uncommon for us to have multiple appointments on the same vehicle in a day. There are times sir there could be 3-5 people on the same car and it doesn't sell. Then there is those instances that you experience that there is 2 - 3 people on the same are and one want to processed with the purchase. Also, I would like to address the first experience you at our location. During the time when all dealerships had extreme inventory shortages we did everything we could for you to get the vehicle you wanted .
