Walked in hoping to find a car but didn’t think we would be able to make a deal. We worked with Andre Jennings Senior, he is definitely the guy to go see. I believe I was lampooned. It’s amazing how these people sleep at night knowing they xxxxED you. I guess since I’m xxxxxxxx, I thought that if a dealer charges $2500 for an “inspection” that the car wouldn’ sleep at night knowing they xxxxED you. I guess since I’m xxxxxxxx, I thought that if a dealer charges $2500 for an “inspection” that the car wouldn’t be missing a turn signal socket. Need an oil change already. They put a cheap battery in. I need new brakes soon. They ONLY thing they did was give me FANTASTIC tires. For the winter. Now I have to buy a new set for the other 9 months. I might as well buy from a private seller if that’s the case. Now I have to spend even more money to get my car in tip top shape. This place sucks. I can’t even express how horrible this place is. More

I am very pleased with my purchase. I went to see what are my options for the end of my lease were and went out with brand new Kia carnival. My salesman was Michael Miranda..the whole time I had some prej are my options for the end of my lease were and went out with brand new Kia carnival. My salesman was Michael Miranda..the whole time I had some prejudice,that he will trick me,(I don’t know why this happened with all salesman:). )but he was the nicest guy ever. He totally understood my situation and went above and beyond,working on my budget and my concerns. I definitely recommend him. Also he stayed after work,helping me to move all of my stuff from my leased car to the new one,without judging me or saying anything about the condition of my old car..I was worried,because it was so dirty,but he was reassuring me that it’s okay. Also the financial guy..Doncho ,very nice,explaining every detail of the loan. Very good team and exceptional service . More

I drove 55 miles to go see a ca 2 days ago WHTCH FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT All dealers have some reasonable hidden charges but this place is outrages. I drove 55 miles to go see a car that was advertised for $24,999 after I called and talked to several people and I was assured tax and title fee would be all they add to this. When I got there and after a long wait the final number was close to $34,400. Asked the reason salesman said the base price is $28,200 plus all charges. I said but you are advertising the price for $25 k he said this is not including dealers fee. I asked him to give me a copy of the estimate so I can take it to my wife who was waiting in the car outside, he said he can not give me the scrap paper he had all charges on it. I said ok, can I take a picture and to my surprise he said NO. You can only imagine how frustrated I was after wasting half of my Saturday by then, leaving there place.My name is Ali Bagherian and my sales person was Cliff and the car that was advertised is 2019 Subaru Outback .
