Really positive attitude and put efforts to gain back the customer confidence and business. They promised next vehicle delivered at Napleton’s Kia of Elmhurst will be mine. Will wait for THE DAY of delivery. Original(9/7/2022): 1 Star Worst experience from dealer with 90 years in Market. They lie that they have inventory on the lot and when we arrive there they say just sold 2 cars 25 mins ago. I was so pissed off because I specifically asked I am driving from far off like 40 miles, but sir Only information will be provided at our Dealership by Sales Manager. When we go there, First thing we hear is 10000$ Mark up for All vehicles. Thats how it starts here. No vehicles which they said they have. They will arrive in 10 days. Every word I heard from Sales person is a lie. If this is how you think you can get customer to your store, you will not reach 100 years for sure. All covering up lies and lies. Initial call to make me go to dealership saying vehicles are at lot, and then all sold in last 25 mins, Vehicles arriving in 10 days, vehicles if you order you might get it in 10 months. Disconnect between online and dealership is also blamed as its their target to get customers. God Bless you. You will never get business from customers if you treat your customers this way. Everybody is so relaxed and no body cares to get business. More
