My experience with Napleton's Kia of Elmhurst yesterday was extremely disappointing. I purchased a car and traded in my old car with them, and they engaged in shady and dishonest practices that left me fee was extremely disappointing. I purchased a car and traded in my old car with them, and they engaged in shady and dishonest practices that left me feeling cheated and frustrated. The dealership advertised a price of $22,995 plus tax, title, license, and a $324.24 doc fee, but when I arrived, they increased the price to $25,990 by adding an inspection fee that was not disclosed upfront. This bait-and-switch tactic was dishonest and left a bad taste in my mouth. Furthermore, they offered me significantly less for my trade-in than what they had previously quoted online. After a long wait and an old trick that they used to push down the offer price, I finally had to agree to their offer of $8500. To add insult to injury, I later discovered that they advertised my trade-in the next day for nearly double what they paid me. Overall, I had a terrible experience with Napleton's Kia of Elmhurst. The dealership's lack of transparency and dishonest practices left me feeling exploited and cheated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. More
