When in to get info on a car. Was approached by Vince. Told him I was just looking said not a problem take my time and to let him know if I had any questions. About 5 min later I was ready to ask a few questions. He was very help full. Asked me what I was looking for in a car. Told him my wants and need and he recommended a few different models.. I fell in love with the Kia optima. He went over the features and safety and the great warranty. Note 5 year 60000 and 10 year 100000 can't be that. I was very impressed. Then he asked if I was ready to test drive or if I needed more time to look around. I was shocked no pressure what so ever. So we went on a test drive and came back to the dealer. I asked him a few more questions about the optima and he again was very help full and knows his stuff. Asked if I was ready to do something that day and told him I was. Went to his desk offered me something to drink and we started the car thing. Told him were I wanted to be payment wise and he said ok. Came back with numbers we were close. Asked if he can get me closer to we're I wanted to be. Came back with the numbers and they looked good. Agreed on the numbers did the paper work and now I am driving my new Kia optima and loving it. If you need a car and wanted to be treated like a human go see Vince Balachia it will be worth your time and money. More

I think that is very unprofessional to text a customer at all, it is also stupid to do it at 11:30 at night some of us work in the morning. We still Drove to the KIA dealer in elmhurst to look at two KIA sx thinking we would just deal with another person, as Hector was going to be off that day. my brother and myself had to walk around for 30 minutes to finally get someone to ask if we needed help (oscar) but wow it sure seemed like it was a pain in his xxx that he had to get up off his computer to show us the cars. We test drove and got back the car was fairly priced but there were some dents and dings as it was used but it also had a minor collision on the carfax I wanted them to work the price alittle because I would have liked to replace some of the plastic. Then Hector showed up out of the blue on his day off. They would not budge on the price and were extremly rude to us when we were trying to make a deal. Hector was the worst car dealer I have ever delt with just a joke would never waste my time going there again. Think twice before trying to deal with these people More
This was, by far, the best dealership I've had the pleasure to deal with. I searched several dealers for the right price on a new Optima and they came out on top. We have recently returned and purchased a Kia Sorrento, again with Oscars help. We never felt rushed or pushed into a decision, and even though the dealership was busy Oscar made us feel like we were the only ones there. Thanks again Oscar you are a 10 in our book!!! More
I Have to say the above guys really helped me get out of my soul!! It was a great car but it was too small for myself and my family! I received and internet quote and when I arrived the next day was told that there had been a mistake and that they could not and would not honor their internet quote. I was told I was given a price for a us day was told that there had been a mistake and that they could not and would not honor their internet quote. I was told I was given a price for a used car with 20,000 miles not the price for a new car 2012. Although I was given the stock number and the color and mileage they refused. I've reported this dealer to MIA corporate offices for using Bait and switch tactics. More

I went to this dealer to purchase a new Kia Sportage. I was pre approved from my credit union for $30,000.I did my research and knew what I wanted. From the time I walked in the door, test driving the SUV, was pre approved from my credit union for $30,000.I did my research and knew what I wanted. From the time I walked in the door, test driving the SUV, sitting with my sales man I was happy. When I needed to speak with financial manager, all this changed. He tainted the purchase of my vehicle. He continued to speak down to me. When I went back the next day he treated me the same. I am very confused by this. I am the customer.
