All a bunch of crap to get you into the door..Even the salesman himself said hes seen no one qualify for all the incentives and discounts. Looked to good to be true being able to buy a new 2020 Ram 1500 that listed for 50K, for 32K. Not going to happen....And then he tells me theres a hidden dealer package they caharge you 2500 for thats not listed anywhere. The sales Manager was RUDE and could care less if I was there or not. Youd think the day before they were being forced to shut down do to the virus, that theyd consider all deals. Not this one. We were so far apart in price that I laughed. And they still couldnt let it go...And when I got loud about how I was being treated, I was given my keys and asked to leave as to not upset the other customers. What a joke. Wife and I have perfect credit (860), make good money, have secure long time careers, own 4 homes, 3 of which have no mortgages, had a decent trade in, and were ready to buy, until we were severely lowballed and embarrassed by the numbers we were given. Im a numbers guy and did my homework before I came in only to be insulted. Never again Napleton, and trust me, word spreads quick........BUYERS BEWARE More
Looks like they had altered my review after I wrote it, so that's pretty whack. Also seems pretty bogus to pressure someone into filling out a review about you while your standing next to them and already so that's pretty whack. Also seems pretty bogus to pressure someone into filling out a review about you while your standing next to them and already marked it 5/5 stars. Makes you wonder how legitimate all those 5 star reviews are. Guy also wanted me to mention his manager, Andrew, who I hadn't even seen or heard of til I was being told to write this review. So yeah, thanks for nothing. Their playlist was lit tho, so at least they had that. More
Looking to cheat you! I wish I had read the reviews for this dealership before I drove four hours one way to purchase a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was impressed that t I wish I had read the reviews for this dealership before I drove four hours one way to purchase a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was impressed that they used every dealer scam I have ever heard of. After the test drive they pulled out the four square technique. I kept trying to discuss MSRP and incentives and they would not get off of what payment I could afford. They offered me $9000 for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Although I thought it was an insulting offer kept my mouth shut. I informed the sales manager that I had two dealerships offer me $14000 earlier in the week so he would need to step up. The next scam was posted on the windows of all the new cars. They charge $2500 for a dealer installed safety package which includes Nitrogen filled tires, a set of lug locks for the tires, a years worth of oil changes and car washes for life... It's funny but true. So in the end I was there to buy a car with a $40,000 MSRP before incentives and negotiations. Their advertised price was $32000. I emailed Brooklynn and Armi three times to confirm that the advertised price on the internet was the actually price. They both assured me the price was the price but they were obviously lying. Through the negotiations they wanted me to pay $800 per month for 60 months (which is $42K) or $700 for 72 months which is 52K ($20,000 more than advertised sale price and $12K over MSRP!) The sales manager was unwilling to let the car go for anything less... I truly feel bad for the people that fall for their tricks. I was willing to walk away and drive four hours home with a lessoned learned. I would guess a lot of people do not because they don't know better. Shame on you! More

Shady advertising/business practices. Doesn’t listen to the customer and flat out lies. Please...read on! Came in and test drove a used 2019 Toyota and sat down for the pricing. Specifically asked for a b the customer and flat out lies. Please...read on! Came in and test drove a used 2019 Toyota and sat down for the pricing. Specifically asked for a breakdown of the vehicle price, taxes and license/registration/etc. when salesman (Tyler) returned guess what, he had ZERO of that information. Just that magical monthly payment. Tyler even wrote down what numbers I wanted yet returned with none of them? Strike 1. Then the monthly payment was over $100 more than what I figured prior to going in. I went to leave and the salesperson went back and stated the manager wanted to meet me and his job was on the line. Well he was a nice guy so I sat and waited. Instead of meeting the manager like he said he lied and didn’t return with the manager. Lying to the customer, wonderful practice STRIKE 2. What he did do is return with my breakdown I originally asked for...well kind of. He had the vehicle price and a re-certification fee of $3500?!?!? No wonder they didn’t want to give me the breakdown. It’s not like it’s a certified used Toyota because they are not a Toyota dealer and come on...$3500?!? What exactly is a re-certification fee and what did you do that cost $3500 in a vehicle that is only 1 year old? I’ll tell you what they didn’t do for that $3500, fix the 2” tear in the leather. That was another $1,000 fee on the breakdown. I did tell Tyler that the tear bothered my decision so I’m really not upset about that but come on, disclose that when you present the numbers like I originally asked for. What happened to “used car prices plus tax, title, license and $300 doc fee that is in the dealers fine print. Where is the $3500 re-certification fee?? STRIKE 3. Advertised a 2019 used Toyota at one price to get you in and then plays games with the numbers hoping you don’t look at the breakdown. My experience is why everyone should always ask for a breakdown. I don’t blame Tyler because I’m sure it was just the people deciding the numbers for him telling him what to do but come on, if the customer asks for a breakdown from the get go, LISTEN! If management didn’t give him the breakdown then tell management the customer asked for it. Returning without ANY of the information I asked for just made Tyler look bad and made it look like the customer requests mean nothing to him and/or the dealership. Then don’t LIE to get the customer to sit back down. That part I do blame on Tyler. If you are going to tell the customer that the manager wants to meet them and return without the manager it’s clear that it was just a stall tactic. Lying is never a good look. I had a cashiers check for more than 60% of the purchase price of the vehicle, a loan lined up on my own if their financing was too high and proof of insurance. So needless to say I was ready to buy. Napleton’s...you really struck out on the deal. More

It was a lie #1. - Day two: received a phone call and email from Ms. Armi, Customer Care Manager at Napleton's CDJR. Apologizing for misunderstanding and stating that car still available and asking to come and finish the purchase. Visited the dealership and after an hour of waiting, was told by Mr. Andrew Ramus that somebody left a deposit for a car and it cannot be sold to me. It was a lie #2. - Day three: received a call from Mr. Mason Schweinzger (who actually a decent person) that car was not sold and waiting for me. Visited the dealership, proceeded with a finance adviser Mr. Jeff Malecek who sold me an extended Mopar 48 months warranty for a car and stating that this warranty starts after manufacturer warranty expires ( this car had 4 years existing manufacturer warranty). Later called warranty provider and was told that warranty starts at the day of a sale. So, intentionally a redundant warranty was sold to me with misleading and deceiving statements about starting day of the warranty. Lie #3. - Day four: called a dealership about seeing Mr. Jeff Malecek to cancel the warranty policy. Was told, that he is at work and will be able to see me. 20 min. later visited the dealership and was told by General finance manager that Mr. Jeff Malecek is not at work. Lie#4. - Day five: Visited a dealership, canceled the warranty, discussed with a manager Mr. Andrew Ramus and Mr. Jeff Malecek about wrong price of the vehicle in the financing documents and additional charges for services and products which I never requested (some kind of useless warranties and care programs) , received acknowledgment from both of them that cost of the vehicle in the financing documents is higher by $1000.00 then negotiated price for the vehicle. Mr. Andrew Ramus promised to issue and mail a refund check. Lie #5. As you can see it was a painful experience, full of dishonesty and lies. Everything you discussed with this dealership employees need to be in writing , 99% of the their verbal statements and promises are lies. Need to check every line and number in the paperwork. They WILL try to deceive you. More
