I recently bought a brand new Jeep Compass from Napleton in Arlington Heights. I have never been so impressed with the customer care and service I had received. He did everything to reassure me that I would walk away with a car that day. My options with Galen were endless. Every question I asked him he had a positive response for. Galen's manager that he was working with also did everything in his power to make sure I was having a good experience. I cannot say enough about my experience at Napleton. I would highly highly recommend the dealership and my salesman Galen. I guarantee you will not be sorry. I hope everyone can have the same wonderful experience I had at this dealership. Called last week about used car, they told me it is available and gave me appointment. Went there, they said we cannot sell this car because it has recall on it. When arrived there, salesman gave me the car key, told me the car is out there, and asked me if i am familiar with area! didn’t bother to show me the car, didn’t bother to wash the car, it was dirty. Took test drive by myself. When I came back, the guy had another customer, told me to wait 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, kept me there for almost an hour, I yelled at him to give me my car key back and let me leave. Bad management, no respect. More

I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in December, 2022 and have nothing but problems. I’ve contacted the dealership on a monthly basis and no one ever calls me back. When I brought the vehicle at my local dealership in it had over 80 error codes, however the electrical issue cannot be resolved. The platinum warranty that was sold doesn’t cover any of the work because they cannot diagnose the issue. The last conversation I had with the customer service representative was terrible and she apologized for my “feelings” regarding the vehicle situation. I told her my vehicle situation was based on facts and I was contacting the BBB. Do NOT buy from this dealership they are the worst! More
