Before walking in My wife and I already knew the car we wanted to look at and the process was very smooth. We were in and out in 1 hour and a half. Stan Gibson was the dealer that assisted and he was very wanted to look at and the process was very smooth. We were in and out in 1 hour and a half. The one thing that stood out to us was when we told him we wanted to go look at another car at a different dealership, he did not try to force the vehicle on us. He gave us his contact and told us to let him know if we need anything and that shows how much of an honest dealer he is. My wife and I really appreciate that. More

I received an oil change covered by warranty. I spoke with services & parts to clarify parts from other facilities were necessary based on previous experience at Napleton Ford. Upon arrival neither sales nor parts had any idea of what I was speaking of, needless to say I left with a half completed oil change. Hope this never happens again, being th second time I am not confident in that being the case, but there’s hope. More
