I was given a rental car, which I did not expect. I was told 2 hours and it was 2 hours! It is nice to get more than expected. We had new tires, an alignment, oil change, and new wipers. Went for an oil change, dealt with service writer juan lopez. Very friendly man, very courteous and helpful. Also wrote a great deal, was very happy with the experience. Nadine was my advisor. It was my first oil change on a new 2011 Altima. I had a promotional coupon that had expired, but she processed it as it was my first service. Went in for an oil change. Was told it would be appx 45 minutes. Told Juan it was important to be out asap so I could spend time with my daughter who was leaving for college the next day.
