I went into Naples Nissan this past weekend to look at the Nissan Juke. I met with Rick Essig the sales consultant who was friendly, easy to work with and agreeable. Rick's approach to sales was laid back and made it very comfortable to buy the car. He transfered title and insurance in a couple of calls, things I had to do in the past which were a pain. Thanks Rick! Next, I worked with Jimmy Goodwin who took great care in giving us the deal we wanted on the Juke and included a great deal on roadside assistance, repairs and dent repair for 5 years. He was easy to work with, funny and likeable. Rick and Jimmy made our experience at Nissan better than most of our other anxiety ridden car buying experiences. The overall feeling in the dealership seemed relaxed and friendly which made it a relief to purchase from Naples Nissan.
