Mr. Pool (who is the manager) added $2,800 to the back end of my lease in order to make the deal "look good" and didn't care to tell me upfront. Because of this, now I'm upside down with my current lease end of my lease in order to make the deal "look good" and didn't care to tell me upfront. Because of this, now I'm upside down with my current lease contract. Thank you Naples Nissan. Next time I will be visiting the Fort Myers dealership, at least they are honest and upfront. My husband and I arrived to Naples Nissan looking for a used truck, and were pleasantly greeted by Elizabeth. Erik and Tray were awesome. Both of these guys went out of their way to help us. My wife and I had been looking for a car for our teenage daughter for some weeks and we happen to pass the dealer right a of their way to help us. My wife and I had been looking for a car for our teenage daughter for some weeks and we happen to pass the dealer right at/just after closing. We just wanted to take a look at the cars they had available and as we wandering around, Erik was pulling a car back into the used area. He was more than happy to show us the car he was pulling in as well as a couple of others. The price he gave me right off the bat was the advertised Internet price so he I felt they were pretty honest. I had been to one dealer who quoted me 5K above the Internet price! I've also had other dealers playing around with price a lot. Later that night, I checked all the major car sites, ebay and other out of state dealers to see how competitive the price was and it was at least $500 below price of most comparable offerings. Erik took the extra time after the dealership was closing to get the keys, open up the car we were looking at and then let us test it out. We were very impressed with his knowledge and the ease of which he was able to answer our questions regarding warranty and other things. One of the things that I think we liked the best was that we weren't too keen on the cloth interior and he suggested that if we wanted to, we could change it out for an additional cost. Again, he was very accommodating and not rushing us off the lot. We told him we would be in the next day and that we would bring our daughter. We came in the next day and we were met by Tray as we parked and got out of our car. We explained we were looking for Erik and Tray went to find him. As luck would have it, Tray told us that Erik was with another customer. We had NOT made an appointment as I didn't know my schedule. Tray then showed the car to my daughter and took us on another ride in which he let her drive the car and answered any questions for us. He was even more knowledgeable than Erik and that paid off when we were looking into changing the interior. Tray went as far to show us his own interior for color choice. We decided to buy the car and the rest of the process was pretty smooth with no surprises along the way. We'll be taking the car back in a couple of days to get reupholstered when the material arrives so we'll see how service works. More

These guys all helped me get my new Sentra . I have some credit issues and this took a whole lot longer then most deals but they all stood with me. I had the BEST experience at Naples Nissan. First of all, before coming here I went to Sutherlin Nissan and they were extremely rude, so Mike Amabile didn't give up on me. He followed up with me and I spoke with him about my horrific experience with Sutherlin Nissan, and he was very courteous and polite. I went in to look for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and found a Nissan Versa. He worked out the BEST price I could ever imagine, and got me into my now beautiful 2011 Nissan Versa! I've never felt so great leaving the lot with a car! He was a wonderful salesman, and I would recommend everyone I know to Naples Nissan! Jimmy was also very helpful. He worked out a perfect monthly payment, and I even got a 7-year warranty. Overall, my experience was EXCELLENT! The dealership is very clean & very organized.
