UPDATE: As requested, I called the 855 number on Tuesday, Jan 24th. I was told I had to speak with Alex who was not in. The woman said she would leave a message for him to call me on Wednesday, the 25th. crickets. Since he was part of the problem, I didn't really have much hope for a resolution. Since I hadn't heard from him by Jan 30, I sent him an email to him on Jan 30th and asked him for the email address for someone with authority to deal with my issue. Here we are on Feb 1st. Still crickets. When Naples Nissan reads this, please have sales manager email me. You have my information. By the way, the family cruise vacation that is advertised on the radio daily says "take your family". Well, it turns out, that only works for a "family" of 2.
