50/50 I will say that the mechanical part of this facility is not the best, my front right tire had a nail and the tow truck came to my job to pick my car u I will say that the mechanical part of this facility is not the best, my front right tire had a nail and the tow truck came to my job to pick my car up. The next morning someone from Nissan called me saying that my tire got a patch and that is ready for pick up. So I go to the facility after I got off work and they gave me my car without noticing the same tire was FLAT again. I feel like the mechanics don't really care about doing a good job. But on the other side Mr. Toledo ( on the costumer service dept) took care of my tire concern and he made sure to give me a brand new tire and my car had to stay overnight, and he offered me a rental car at not cost. He offered me really good costumer service. Cheers. More

My service advisor was Steven Bawcum, who greeted me immediately upon arrival, which is something I normally don't experience at other dealers. He narrowed my service experience to the needs of the vehicle, was very personable and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. While waiting for service, I also purchased a bottle of washer fluid and a keychain. Every employee was nice and professional, and I will definitely come back for all of my future service needs.
