Walked out surprised I walked in the day after an accident just to look around and didn't think I was going to find a car. When I was on the lot looking around, Sean came up to me asking if I needed help so I asked to drive the car. He was very polite and attentive to my needs and wants throughout the entire process. Not only would I recommend Naples Nissan, but I would recommend Sean Cleland as a sales rep. He's great and I walked out with a car the same day at a good price. More

Service department "Danny" was very accommodating. Danny in the Service Department got me in for service as quickly as he could. I had driven in by mid-afternoon with no appointment. Due to hurricane travel, my Murano was 2,000 miles past service for oil change, filter, fluids and tire rotation. I have been a satisfied Nissan Naples customer for 6 1/2 years, since March, 2011. Drop in Saturday service I "popped" in on a busy Saturday with -a nail in my tire -a broken rear view mirror -a hanging piece of trim -and a broken speaker I was treated I "popped" in on a busy Saturday with -a nail in my tire -a broken rear view mirror -a hanging piece of trim -and a broken speaker I was treated courteously by the service manager who fixed the nail in my tire and provided me with estimates for the broken mirror and gave me a courtesy ride home. And called me when the car was ready. When I returned to pick up my car the trim had been fixed and the speaker also.. The service manager brought me to the cashier and advised me about tire wear which would need attention in the future. All with a smile on an exceptionally busy Saturday. Thumbs up! And this is not the first time he has provided exceptional service!!!!! More
