7/30/2020: UPDATE: DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKED PEOPLE: So I am still not able to settle the dispute with this dealership. I received a bill from Hyundai-6 months after the fact-that I owed $1200 for early lease termination, taxes, fees. Nothing for over mileage or for anything wrong with the condition of the car. These are charges that should be covered by the dealership. This is not the first time that I did an early lease termination with a dealership, and I NEVER had to return my vehicle myself to the previous dealership AND I have NEVER had to return the new dealerships employee back to his place of work after I took the tome to "do them a favor!" I received an offer from Jessica Michel, said she was making a deal that was authorized by Aaron Walker...that they would split $800 of the bill with me. So they were offering to cover $400 of the bill that should be their responsibility. I refused and hung up on her. ALSO..unless you plan of returning to Naples Nissan for your maintenance, DO NOT purchase the vehicle plan that lets you have the coating applied to your vehicle to keep it looking new! No one ever told me it was only good at the Naples Nissan dealership. So that's another $800 that I spent that is no good to me. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKED!!!! So unless I want my credit ruined, I get to pay the $1200 that is now on my credit report. thanks so much AARON WALKER!!!

Kaela. Thanks again!!! You were fabulous!!! It was the rest of my encounters with the dealership. I can’t even put into words my disappointments With the incompetence that goes on around there. My car buying experience there was just one problem after another before I even signed the papers that I’m shocked that I even did sign them. Had a not been trapped 100 miles from home with no way to get back I never would’ve signed.
