Last Saturday I was traveling to Miami and my service transmission light came on.. called and drove to the nearest dealer here at Naples Dodge Chrysler Jeep....Justin told me that my trans and my service transmission light came on.. called and drove to the nearest dealer here at Naples Dodge Chrysler Jeep....Justin told me that my transmission was in need of replacing. ..$5400....and that it would take days before i would know when they could get one.. so my husband drove to Naples to get me and I left my car.... this is a company car and after sleeping on it.. I felt something was wrong.. my car showed no signs of trouble other than the light. I called them Monday morning and told them (after arranging a tow truck if my guts were wrong) that I was picking up my car.. cancel the transmission order..... in the time it took me to drive to Naples they never called me back never the less I paid their diagnostic fee..picked up my car. ..and drove successfully 127 miles back to my company office and over to the auto repair shop we use....No warning lights.. no trouble. ..The owner of the shop kept my car the rest of Monday and all day today ... tested.. tested... drove and and no issues...my car does not need a transmission. I brought it home and I truly believe I dodged a bullet.. SCAM SCAM SCAM...I called Justin to let him know and give him a heads up..no call back... I called Adam since Justin didn't respond... no call back... this place is awful.. dont trust them. my issue was a sensor.. it reset when they ran their diagnostic and no internal Transmission problem codes were cleared...LIARS!!! More

They said they had to do it next morning then I get a call back they ordered the wrong part and had no ETA . I was outraged at this point I told them if it wasn’t fished in a timely manner I would called everyone I had to to get results .five minutes later advisor says my part is is that Napa just delivered. Then when I received my truck it has a new dent on door from being hit and my Costa Del Mar glasses are missing. Stay away from this dealer . Don’t buy from them neither so you don’t have to deal with their service department. Every single time I’ve dealt with them had been a recall or warranty so I had little choice not to deal with them More

They should not schedule appts they cannot do and employees need some customer service training. Guess where I WON'T be car shopping in the future. More
