It took over two weeks to finally get an appointment, and when I did my car sat for four days before it was even looked at. When it did get looked at none of the promised Naples advantage work was done even when I did my car sat for four days before it was even looked at. When it did get looked at none of the promised Naples advantage work was done even though I mentioned it when I made the appointment and again just before I dropped off the car. I live 45 minutes away and after their mess up some one from customer service callled and said they would give me a tank of gas for my troubles. Now no one remembers This EV has to be one of your dealerships most expensive cars and yet the service I’ve been given and the inability to communicate with the right people is mind boggling. This is my 5th and most expensive Jeep I’ve owned and I am most disappointed. Also the manual they provided doesn’t include any of the EV features and what I’ve found online is insufficient.
